In response to the recent increase in ICE detainments, the Tribal Council has decided to waive all fees associated with issuing Tribal IDs and Certificates of Indian Blood (CIBs). We understand the importance of properly identifying our community members, especially in these challenging times.

For any requests related to Tribal IDs or CIBs, please reach out to the Enrollment Director, Laura McCauley, and her staff. They are available to assist you with any needs you may have.

We remain committed to supporting our tribal members and ensuring your rights are protected.

  • IDs are available Monday through Friday in the enrollment office, at the Omaha Tribal Building in Macy, Nebraska.

  • Or if you live off-reservation we can email instructions to submit to have an ID mailed out.

  • ID cards are available for anyone 14 years and over.

  • Paper IDs are available for members under 14 years of age.

  • Tribal IDs are current for 4 years and expire after 4 years.
